Minutes of Special Meeting

December 13, 2022

The Larchmont Public Library Board of Trustees met on December 1, 2022, attended by Library Board Chair Lauren Gottfried (LG), Library Board Trustees Barbara Flickinger (BF), John McGarr (JM), Linnet Tse (LT) and Library Director Laura Eckley (LE).

Board Chair Lauren Gottfried called the meeting to order at 2:09pm.

Finance

Schedule of Bills and Performance Report: The Board unanimously approved the schedule of bills dated 12/13/22 and the additional list of bills dated 12/13/22.

Building and Grounds

LE reported on building repairs to the main floor bathrooms. Following discussion the Board voted unanimously to approve the following resolution:

Resolved, that the Board of Trustees of the Larchmont Public Library hereby approves a proposal Citron Plumbing for $3,975 for repairs to the main floor men’s room to be paid from the Library’s Capital Fund for Building Maintenance.

Additional Items

The Board voted unanimously to approve additional compensation for staff related to the redesign of the Library’s website.
