Minutes of Special Meeting
August 5, 2020
The Larchmont Public Library Board of Trustees met via zoom on August 5, 2020, attended by Library Board Chair Lauren Gottfried (LG), Board Trustees Barbara Flickinger (BF), John McGarr (JM), Celeste Sharpe (CS), Linnet Tse (LT), Library Director Laura Eckley (LE). Board Trustees Barbara Liptack and Jennifer Conley were absent.
Board Chair Lauren Gottfried called the meeting to order at 9:01am.
The Board voted unanimously to approve Board Chair Lauren Gottfried to authorize bill payments on behalf of the Library Board through the month of August 2020.
The Board voted unanimously to approve Lothrop Associates LLP’s proposal to create the bid documents and conduct the bid process for the Library’s HVAC Project at a cost of no more than $3,000.
Board Chair Gottfried adjourned the meeting at 9:03am.
