Following CDC guidelines, we no longer require that patrons wear masks when visiting the Library. We are, however, still recommending masks as many of our patrons (the elderly and immunocompromised for example) remain vulnerable. Masks are not just to prevent you from catching Covid, they also help prevent you from spreading Covid to others. The Library, like all heavily trafficked public places, has the potential to be a vector for spreading the virus. So when you come visit us, please consider wearing a mask to protect your neighbors. Don’t forget to pick up your free test kit, too.
