On the 1st and 3rd Tuesday of each month.  She will be working in the tutor room, on the main floor of the library, from 5pm-7pm on the first Tuesday of each month and from 10am-12pm on the third Tuesday of each month.  Jessica Frankel, a local resident and former librarian of over 40 years, has graciously offered to provide this service for anyone who is interested in having documents notarized, free of charge.  There are no appointments necessary- first come, first serve. We are aware that patrons have been experiencing issues with Hoopla since the number of check outs was reduced earlier this month. The change that the Westchester Library System implemented includes a daily checkout limit of 333 for the entire county. The daily limit resets at midnight and because of the small number, the check outs reach the max very quickly. We understand your frustration when trying to borrow a title. The Westchester Library System is aware of the issue, and we are looking into other options to make Hoopla more accessible.Read More Read More
