Hoopla Borrowing Issue

Hoopla Borrowing Issue

We are aware that patrons have been experiencing issues with Hoopla since the number of check outs was reduced earlier this month. The change that the Westchester Library System implemented includes a daily checkout limit of 333 for the entire county. The daily limit resets at midnight and because of the small number, the check outs reach the max very quickly. We understand your frustration when trying to borrow a title. The Westchester Library System is aware of the issue, and we are looking into other options to make Hoopla more accessible.Read More Read More
