Check out our favorite books from 2025! All year, our Children’s Librarians read new books and keep a list of their absolute favorites. Each winter, the librarians reach out to the schools with their picks for the year. We call this our Winter Blues Book Tour!
Here are this year’s lists, by grade:
Children’s Room Temporarily Closed – February 10 & 11
The Children’s Room is temporarily closed and not able to be accessed by the public during that time.
Children’s Librarians will be at the top of the ramp to help pull books and answer questions.
Tuesday, February 10: Lego Free Play is CANCELLED.
Wednesday, February 11: Young & Restless @10:15am in the Village Center will go on as planned. NO TICKETS NEEDED. The Village Center & downstairs lobby of the Children’s room will be open from 10-11am during that time only.

Check out Hoopla and download thousands of movies, television, eBooks, audiobooks, music and comics. Note: when signing up for the first time, scroll down to “Westchester Library System” instead of looking for “Larchmont Public Library.”
