Did you know that you can research your family’s history in the library?

Through the FamilySearch database in our Online Resource webpage you can search a huge archive of historical documents and make your own family tree. You can gain access through the library’s computers, make an account and start researching!

FamilySearch expanded its free online collections in June 2025, with more than 30 million new records from 8 countries. Some of the exciting new additions include 16 million Italian birth, marriage, and death records (civil registrations, 1804 to 1943), 5 million Brazil cemetery records (1799 to 2024), and nearly 1 million records from the American Medical Association (AMA) of deceased physicians (1864 to 1968). Other countries with significant record additions in June include the following: Belgium, Colombia, Ecuador, France, Ukraine.
