Battle of the Books is a Westchester-wide book trivia event held in October. Teams of students in grades 7 -12 compete by answering questions based on 5 different books. Stop by or email Kim Larsen at klarsen@larchmontlibrary.org to learn more about the competition and this year’s books.
Personal Essay Jumpstart for Juniors

This workshop will cover the key ingredients that will make your essay compelling, examples of successful essays, brainstorming exercises to unlock writer’s block, choosing the topic that helps you stand out, a timeline for summer, and more.
