We have heard people have been having problems with Hoopla since the number of check outs was reduced earlier this month. The change that the Westchester Library System implemented includes a daily checkout limit of 333 for the entire county. The daily limit resets at midnight and because of the small number, the check outs reach the max very quickly. We understand your frustration when trying to borrow a title.
