Happy Spring! If you are looking to get outdoors this season, we are delighted to share that the Larchmont Library has acquired a new Museum Pass to the Mohonk Preserve in New Paltz, NY. The Mohonk Preserve is New York’s largest non-profit nature preserve with over 8,000 acres of mountains, forests, fields, streams and ponds. At the Preserve, visitors can enjoy outdoor activities such as hiking, mountain biking, horseback riding and cross-country skiing. Mohonk is also the home of “Gunks” climbing and bouldering, one of the most visited climbing destinations in North America.
Please check out our list of Museum Passes and feel free to book online- you can book up to 45 days in advance. You can also book a pass in person or over the phone by calling the Information Desk at (914) 834-2281, ext. 3.
Thank you to the Friends of the Larchmont Library for their continued support of our Museum Pass program.
